There is a reason why most families want to wait until the fall to book their portrait photographer. The M Family wanted to wait until the leaves had changed to the beautiful shades of fall color and man, nature sure did perform for us! We had such a great time walking around, playing in the leaves and checking out the geese. Miss Elsie was a little slow to warm up to me, but a few tickle fights and games of “One, Two, Three!” and she warmed right up. Speaking of which, my almost seven year old still asks if we can play that game with her – and she’s nearly 4 feet tall! Ha!PRO-TIPIf you are in NE Florida and want to have beautiful fall foliage as a background to your family photography session, November is the month to get them done. It seems like the foliage season grows shorter and shorter each year, but November is always a safe bet. October is still the tail end of summer and by December the leaves are starting to turn brown.
