Jacksonville Family Photographer

What are my favorite locations for family photography sessions? Any location that offers a few different looks all within a short walking distance. This location, at the end of the street where the M Family lives, was the perfect spot for their session. They had a number of distinct looks for their session all within a few minutes walk.

The first space we used was this beautiful, lush green space. The golden light peaking through the trees is literally what I live for, as a photographer. The second look was down the long driveway. I love how these images look a little moodier and are such a change from the previous set. The dark colors in the background really make the family pop! Bonus – it was little more than a few steps away, all we had to do was turn around and face another direction.

The third part of this location was a gorgeous field a few minutes down the road. We had such good luck with those beautiful white wild flowers being in bloom. And of course, to finish the session up, we went back to their house and grabbed their favorite pup for a couple of final shots.

Now – if you are not so lucky to have beautiful spots like this right down the road from your house (which is probably most of us!) don’t worry! I’ve got you. I specifically scout out and choose locations that will give us a variety of looks and light options to use during your session. Even at the beach we can utilize different light and spaces to add some variety.
