Being a family photographer is one of the luckiest jobs in the world. One that I don’t ever take for granted. I mean, what other job allows me to meet rad families and have a view like this at the same time?Sparks lake is always a favorite location with clients and it is so easy to see why. When the conditions are right it is just magical. The water, the trees, the mountains. I had so much fun with the C family during their session. By far the best part was when we found a tiny toad and sis just HAD to hold him – over and over again! Seeing her excitement and joy over holding this tiny little toad was infectious. I don’t think I have laughed that much in a lonnnggg time. We stayed a bit later than my usual sessions and we were rewarded with beautiful soft light and gorgeous skies.
