My job as a photographer is to show you how beautiful your family is and make your photography experience a joyful one. Your custom family photography session includes everything you need to take the pressure off of you, so that you can actually enjoy yourself.
The key to making family photography sessions FUN is to actually have fun! Don’t worry about every hair being perfectly in place or forcing your kids to smile. Play with them, snuggle with them, love on them. I promise you the smiles will come - and I will be there to capture it all.
I have over ten years of experience photographing families, newborns and children of all ages. Fussy baby that doesn’t want to leave your arms? No sweat. Rambunctious toddlers that won’t sit still? I got this. Surly teenager (or, ahem, husband) that doesn’t want their photos taken? Been there, done that. I promise you, there is nothing I can’t handle.
Booking a family photography session includes a pre-session consultation, full wardrobe assistance and personalized 8x8 photo book. Why do I include so much in every session? Because when I can help take all of these items off of your plate, you have more time to relax and enjoy your session.

What’s a family photography session like with me?

Step One
First you will book your consultation call. During this call we will talk about your hopes and dreams for your photo session. Why you want these photographs and what you plan to do with them. The call also gives us a chance to make sure we are a good fit. Not everyone will be a match, and that’s ok.

Step Two
Once your session is booked we will have a meeting (either in person or on the phone) to plan your session. This includes location planning and wardrobe consultation.
The day of your session I will lead your family in fun activities, expert poses and lots of silly faces and jokes. I truly want you to relax and enjoy your time together during our session.

Step Three
2-3 weeks after your session you’ll be presented with a beautiful mix of traditional portraits, candid pictures and tiny detail shots in your own personal online gallery. Your gallery will have a mix of gorgeous, classic portraits and fun candid pictures of those in-between moments . You’ll also receive a complimentary 8x8 photo book.

Investment:
Family Portrait Session Fee - $875
Session fee includes pre-session consultation, approximately 1 hour of shooting time the day of your session, online photo gallery of the best images and a beautiful 8x8 photo book.
50% of Session fee is due to confirm your session date, the balance 50% is collected one week before your session.
Outdoor golden hour sessions take place 1-1.5 hours before sunset. Indoor family lifestyle sessions take place late morning.
Locations in St. Johns and Duval counties are included in the session fee. Travel outside of these two counties starts at $50.
Extended Family Portrait Session Fee - starting at $875
Session fee includes up to 10 family members, pre-session consultation, up to 1.5 hours of shooting time the day of your session, online photo gallery of the best images and a beautiful 8x8 photo book.
Additional family members are $25 per person.
